Stirling House Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card and are subject to a fourteen day cancellation policy. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. A fee of 50% of the cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card in the event of a cancellation with less than fourteen days notice for reservations of two nights or more. A fee of 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged to the credit card in the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice for reservations of two nights or more. One-night reservations require a cancellation fee of full payment charged to the credit card. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date. In the event of short notice (14 day)cancellation, if we can rebook your room(s), the cancellation fee will not be charged.For reservations booking all three rooms, please note that cancellations must be received at least 90 (ninety) days in advance. The cancellation fee will be charged for three-room bookings if the cancellation is received less than 90 (ninety) days in advance. Full payment for your stay is due upon arrival. The Stirling House accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Please ask your innkeeper for additional details. |
